I have made the same observations pretty much every time we get to eat at Chick fil A. I love the "it is my pleasure" and have used the employees' example as an object lesson on more than one occasion for my family. Smiles seem to be the exception rather than the rule these days everywhere, including church. These are great lessons to actually implement! They do seem to "get it" where too many are clueless or simply apathetic. Maybe it is a lack of intentionality and purpose! Let us purpose to be an exceptional people!!
